The Pueblo Indian Cultural Center in Albuquerque was our starting point. They have exhibits on the 19 pueblos in New Mexico. After dancing, the performers stood for pictures



Below left is the Acoma Sky City pueblo outside Albuquerque, on top of a mesa. It is still occupied by a few dozen Acoma indians. The center shows the Taos pueblo, also still occupied. Santa Fe and Taos are famous for their museums and art galleries. The sculptor of the End of the Trail (below left) sold it to the City of Santa Fe for $1.5 then managed to sell a second copy to Oregon for another $1.5. End of the Santa Fe Trail Statue outside a Santa Fe museum
